E instaytement of out going calls

I have applied for a pre paid connection from the authorised dealer in Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram, District, Kerala State. I got pre Paid connection 2 weeks back. Now my out going calls are seen temporarily barred due to the reason that the photo identity submitted by me is not enough. In this connection I am to inform you that I am working as a Gazetted Officer in Kerala Government service and I have submitted my photo identity card issued by the Director of Agriculture (S C Unit), Thiruvananthapuram. The action of the Aircell Authoriies are absolutely wrong. In the circumstances I may requst you to give neccsary directions to the Aircell authorites and other cell phone companies to accept the photo identity cards issued by the competent authorities in the Central Government and State Governments.
