Aircel prepaid
Dialer tunes without my concent

Dear Sir,

This is in regard to my Aircel prepaid (UP West) no: 9808383769.

Company activated thedialer tunes service on my above no. without my concent and charged Rs 30. without any reason.

I filed a complaint (complaint no: 1-652087305) to customer care (dated: 17-aug) for which the replied that the waiver of rs 30 will be returned to me by 20th aug. Howeverno such favour was done to me. I called customer care again on 3-sept to discuss this matter.. they replied that the waiver will be returned to me by 5th sept. but again no action has been taken from the telecom company..Please see to this matter...
