My Aircel Number is Not Working

Dear Sir

I was bought your Aircel prepaid Sim card from your one of the dealer on 22nd November..that time i given My passport Size photo and My Address proof... Suddenly 5 Days before that dealer Said to me Your Photo is Not Accept for Your Activation... So what i did again I was given My Another Photo and My Address Proof On 3rd Dec.. But Still my Number is Not in Use... From 3rd Dec to Still,?

Without Communication i Unable do my Job... so Kindly Resolve My problem and Do the needful..
