NO EXPLAINATION OF REASON FOR BALANCE DEDUCTION

Hi,
I, Shri Kant Dubey, user of Aircel Mobile Prepaid Connection, would like to submit the complaint regarding Aircel's irresponsible behaviour for their customers. On the day of Deewali, dated 17/10, I tried sending Deewali Wishes via SMS to more than 30 of my friends and relatives. Out of all, more than 20 messages were not delivered to respective numbers, but balance was deducted every time. I tried lodging a complain (Complain # 993431470) and the represantative told me that I'll get some response and explaination to my issue within 48 hours, but till now I didn't get any call back frome Aircel. It's been more than 15 days since when I called in, and in this duration I called for more than 5 times (every time I wasted more than 20 minutes on the call), and all the represantatives went away putting me on hold and never came back to respond to my call.
At present also, while writing this issue, a representative have put me on hold with the assurance of making me talk to his manager, the total duration of call has crossed 23 minutes and again I am compelled to close the call like any other times. I'll be really oblized if I could get any solution to this issue.
