Illegal Services

I am an Aircel Prepaid Service Holder, I am illegally given the service of full movie pack without my concern @ Rs 7 per week. When I complained about this in the call centre they didnot assist me in the right way thrice, after that they gave me the 5550066 for deactivation of the movie pack service, but this number doesnot exist. And also the number they are unable to provide the service of Donot Disturb (as they will be not be able to perform the illegal acts as can be said. Not only this several friends of mine are facing the same problem, either they are illegaly given the service of movie pack or caller tune without any information. My Aircel Prepaid number is 9851628641.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible and stop these illegal acts which are harassing the customers.
