Gprs setting

I asked for internet/gprs setting from customer care for my chinese phone, i could not get the same and it is told to me that my phone is not supported, then I purchased new NOKIA5130 and again contact to customer service, but I m sorry to say that this time again reply that my phone is not supported, now i have change my card from aircell No:9716166655 to MTNL 9868394340 and surprise that my both phone (chines and nokia5130) is working on gprs. plz advise where i can surrender my card and get return not used talk time.
