Aircel prepaid connection
GPRS not working properly

Firstly I have activated GPRS in my mobile. Then recharge Rs 98/- for unlimited GPRS use in 16th june. But till today I am not able to use the GPRS. Although I have been called more over 6 times to customer care, yet there is no response form the customer care end. My complain number is (1-427683092).
