About Pocket internet setting

I have bought a sim card of aircel 4 days ago. nd from that day i tried for wap setting but i didn't get it. i had tried to send sms (PI to 121) to get wap setting but every time sending failed.

i made many calls to costumer care, they say that they r sending wap setting online but no result
