Aircel/SIM connection
User information and data sanctity

Some one known to me has aquired access to all the sms sent to anyone and recieved by me from anyone, over the period of last 2 years without my knowledge.

I would like to know what is the measure aircel has taken to protect the sanctity of user information and sensitive data.

I understand that only the aircel employees should have this kind of access to user information. What is the guarentee you give to the customers if this has leaked out to a third party.

I request due importance to be given to this complaint and proper handling of this complaint.
