SIM card

I puchased a SIM Card No. 89918101108172537843 with mobile phone no.9807446241 on 14th October. I put a complaint for wrong deduction of Rs. 30 from account at their customer care on October 17. The amount has been creditted back to my account by SIM card is being rejected right from October 19. I complained for SIM rejection by AIRCEL Network to Customer care, Nodal Office and Apellate Authority. Nothing has been done so far. I have lost my Rs. 100. It seems company is collecting money like this from different customer by selling bogus SIM cards.
