Complaint against cheating

Myself Kallol Bhunia and my Aircel prepaid no is 09614245739.My complaint is that I got a call from Aircel customer care (09851199843) on 02/06 at 2:35 pm. They requested me to activate a dialer tune on my phone but I sharply rejected that offer. But after one day the dialer tune has been activated on my phone and Rs 30 has been debited from my account. I have made a complaint to Aircel Customer Care but they refused to cooperate anyway. But main thing is that they are so rude and they don't have any sense that how to behave and talk properly with a customer. They have cheated me and making me a fool.

On these circumstances, I earnestly request you to help me from this clear case of cheating.
