Misguide

Dear,

i had a call (manually) from Aircel customer care executive yesterday (21/07/09) from 919851199844 this number. One lady told me that if i activate caller tune now, downloading cost is free & charges Rs.1/(one) per day. But today Rs.30 (thirty) is deduce from my main balance. Why this is happened? She absolutely misguide me. So Please take necessary action as soon as possible.
