DELAY IN SHIPMENT CLEARANCE

Dear Sir,
This is to request you to please look into the consignment that has arrived from USA vide airway bill # 7900 9425 7290, which is cleared on 8th October in the even 8 p.m. My experience with the Fedex in getting this consignment cleared was very bad. Fedex, a big group, dealing in courier services, takes such a long time to get one consignment cleared, i.e. from 25th of September till 8th October is self-explanatory about the services they are providing to customers. The customer is just waiting for consignment even after paying huge amounts of airfreight and all. We considered to send the consignment through Fedex so that it reaches us fast/faster/fatest. but I regret that it took a long time to get the consignment cleared.
When we tried to approch the seniors they clearly denied to give the contact details. The Secretary, Managing Director, based at Gurgaon office, was very rude. They have more and most important work than customer. The companay is there when customer is looked after.
I would appreciate if you could examine the whole case and send us an explanation so that I could show it to my management and continue with my job.
