Complaint not attended over 10 days

This complaint is regarding my Airconditioner which is still on Warranty. The Air conditioner has not been working and I gave a compl;aint at your service center, Complaint number is 8410835805, A mechanic visited after almost 1 week after repeated calls and it has been over a week afterward that nothing has been done about it, My Ac is still not working, This seriously dissuades me from buying a samsung product in future, hope i receive a response ASAP.
