I am a harrased customer of Samsung India. I registered my complaint for my Window AC & refrigerator on the dedicated customer care no. 0172-3030282. After a lot of reminders and after having spoken to the supervisor at the given no. was a person sent to my residence who could not fix the problem and assured of coming back the next day to fix the problem but still No one has turned up. Having called him numerous time, he did not take my calls.
Having spoken to samsung and having once again registered my complaint today, i consider myself still on there mercy.
What a biggest mistake i made in my life to buy a Samsung product.
