Nondelivery of consignment

Regret to put on record that express it unable to deliver consignment sent

throuh them though full address and contact number given, whereas other courers are delivering promptly.

Received a msg from Express It asking me to contact for nondelivery of consignment, when tried to contact for the last one week, no one is bothered to pickup and line getting disconnected whereas sometimes it is showing as engaged.

Is ihis type of behaviour of the staff is suitable for such an organisation.
