Efund of money

To whom so ever it may concern. Sir/Madam, i had booked a ticket from Air Deccan in the month of august with my HDFC Credit card and had cancelled the ticket the very next day. as per the conditions expressed at the time of booking the money to be refunded with in 15 working days. I had followed them calling all the way from hyderabad around 5 to 6 times wasting my STD bills around Rs. 50 each time, but they have refunded the money after 3 months for which i had to pay mush intrest on the money which i need to get refund in 15 working days. please suggest me how to get the intrest money and others. I would be greatful if you can help me in this regard.
