I had booked an Air Deccan ticket from Raipur (c.g.) to Delhi on 1st Jan. 2007. The flight was cancelled due to bad weather at delhi.when I called for refund they told me that I will get the refund from my travel agent 'starindia' within 10-15 days. I was supposed to get rs. 5622/- but I got a credit note of rs 1125/-.I approached my travel agent to know the reason behind the deductions made. He told me that I will get full refund by mistake the amount is deducted. I waited for a month then I told them that I want to talk to some responsible person, they gave me the mobile no. of Mr. Abhishek Saxena (kolkatta) person incharge for this zone. I called him several times, every time iused to call him, he used to say ' karvata hoon' 'raipur aaounga to karva doonga'. Till date I have not received my money .my pnr no:-da08602171
