A Bad Experience, I regularly travel in Kingfisher Airlines because they treat us as guests, but in deccan they fail??

I had no other option than to fly back from BLR - CBE on the Air Deccan at 6:00PM from BLR, I reached the airport at 5:20 and rushed to the counter at the entrance, I had a confusion with the counters as the boards kept there were wwritten as mumbai, Cochin & trivandrum so I walked away to the KingFisher who had their officers next to the long Que, and soon I was directed rightly towards the Simplify deccan Counters it was 5 : 32Pm and the que was long too so i requested the people ahead of me and reached the person standing in the counter representing Simplify Deccan (Rajeev) when other passengers could feel my urgency why not at the counter? He was trying to be busy attending to a pax later at 5:38pm he refused to let me in. he also told me that even at 5 : 35 pm, I admitted a pax, but he would'nt it now!! and just walked away from the counter I requested the ATM Manager to kindly oblige, but by the time the ATC refused as it became 5:50pm.

Why do they make us wait so long at the counters?? We need better services with more executives attending to us with or hand held devices.

Respectful officers at the counters who can answer all pax courteously for we pay for our services and prefer to pay for respectful services.

Will anyone /read/hear our plight and Answer.

Request the ceo/chairman to take this email as feed back. Humiliated I am on the way Mr. Rajeev at the Boarding counter.

Mr. Mahendra Kumar at the booking counter for harsh replies, when in service oriented Industry.

A charge of 500Rs. was also collected?

I need the refund of this amount back.
