Tampering of parcel & stealing

Dear sir,

i had a parcel booked thru Airex logistics on 03.06.08 for jaipur, it contained a greeting card and a gold plated watch. on 07.06.08 i called up the company and asked about the delivery. i was informed that the address was not available and the parcel has been returned. i got the parcel back but it did not contain the watch. the parcel has the company's plastic affixed on the cover which proves that the parcel was tampered and my gold plated watch was stolen and an excuse was made that the address was not avilable and so the parcel is returned. however, i immediately called up company officials and informed about the instance. they have been dodging me since then saying that u did not inform that the parcel contained a watch. i told them that i have the parcel cover as of yet and can prove that my parcel was tampered. they than assured me of reimbursement as an exceptional case and days passed on again with all type of excuses. the executives that i had been dealing (dinesh waradkar & suhel khan) have left the organisation and now some mr.m.a.hakeem has refused to reimburse me the claim because of which i m registering a complain.
