NONREVERSION OF AMOUNT DEDUCTED

Sir,

My account No.079010100193252. I made a ATM transaction on 16 Dec of 8, 000 rupees. No cash was collected but amount was deducted from my account. I called my branch at Vikas puri, New Delhi. I spoke to Mr. Mithun Bhandari about this. He assured the amount will be reverted back to my account by the next working day. But till date it has been not done. Now he is not responding also. Pls help us. It is very difficult for a Defence Personnel to go now and then to the branch which is located at 30 Kms away from our office at Race Course, New Delhi. This problem is faced by many of our personnel. So please do the needfull. Atleast open a small branch at Race Course or else appoint a separate relationship manager to resolve our problems.
