Lost Of Baggage

Hi,

I fly from chennai to mumbai and from mumbai to london and from london to New York.

When i reached there i was not able to find my luggage. When i asked them they said airline may be misplace baggage to london only.

They gave me PROPERTY IRREGULARITY REPORT to me

When i reach to the number they gave (718 - 751 - 4561) they just left me to the voice mail & they didnt came back.

Please let me know i need to do something else.
