Important documents torn and returned

I am a resident of salt lake, kolkata.i had sent some important documents and cheques in favour of an instittute in new delhi through speed post, but they were sent back to me in a completely torn and unidentifiable condition.this is realy unacceptable and i am shocked that the indian post department and the airlines dept. is so reckless and disgusting!!! never again will i rely on this post an telegraph dept. of india and will also advice others not to rely on it!!!
