Inferior Quality

I purchased air lounge in march and with in 2 month it got punctured not due to mishandling but due to inferior quality. The joints of the sofa are not that stong and started tearing more than a inch. The quality of air lounge is very poor as against the ones shown in advertisements. I have called customer care servertal times but no use. Who is the right person to contact
