Dear sir,

iam r.then thenesh from tuticorin, tamilnadu.

I gave order for air lounge and got the same through VPP. Within a week itself, the air has got leaked slowly and become useless with a hour. Then again try to fill up the air, but i got the same result. So i have mailed to your concern that pls assist me rectify this problem, but even upto today, there was no response from your side.

Even though the price is high, i has brought the product because of your brand name. But i think now that i was cheated cheaply by your concern. I don't know how to rectify this problem. Rs. 6000 is not an small for me.

SO i once again request you to take necessary action or assist me to solve this problem.

If you cannot solve the problem means, please give back my amount and exchange the product with a new one.
