Getting Wining Lottery Prize

Dear Sir/Madame,

I have got an email as I won the lottery online from JackPot Lottery from UK.

When I ask them to claim the prize, I got the reply email from them to contact Airmail Courier Expres Plc. from UK to send to me my winning prize money. I sent email to them and I got the reply email very similar to the email I saw on the consumer complaints page.

So, could you pls. help me that if it is a real one and if so, what should i do next step, as per email, I have to choose one from the options they mentioned in their email, to send my prize money to me?
