Ef to my oreder no 4990140. i have purchased 5in 1 sofa bed on 6th nov.08. and was approved on 7th nov.o8., from rediffshopping. but till date i have not yet received it from the ojjas enterpirses. after placeing pleanty of request and sending emails. i have not yet got proper responce form the ojjas enterpirses. rediff is not taking it seriously about the coustmers. rediff is only fooling the costumer by giving the no.s of the enterpirses and moving a side. i am unsatissfyed with service provided by the rediffshopping. if my order is not given to me with in 2days thats on by 18th nov08. i need my money back. the total amount of rs3200/- which was deducted from my credit card.

rediffshopping should close down this services when they know how to serve the costumer.
