Baggage lost

Dear Sir/Madam,

I went to london about a year ago and on returning via Indra Gandhi International Airport, someone took my bag which contained merchandise worth Rs. 60, 000. When I contacted the airport authority, they said that someone from Darbhanga (Bihar) have taken yor bag. I asked them if you are so confirm about that then why didn't you stopped him. Please help me.
