Cuts the money two times from account

Sir,

i am mukesh tripathi today i am gone for a shoping & purchase clothes and paying the amount of RS 9194/- after scaching the card two times from a shopkeeper. At a first time the card was scrached by a shopkeeper the answer on a machine was: NO APPROVAL AND NO RECEIPT WAS COMING OUT . After the second attempt the card money was approved of amount RS 9194/- .AFTER SOMETIMES THE MONEY WAS AGAIN CUT BY THE SAME AMOUNT OF RS 9194/-.FINALLY THE MONEY WAS CUT BY TWO TIMES... 9194 9194=18388/-.kindly take a further action on this complaint..i have done the shopping from the shop name is: MOTIWALA'S LEE SHOWROOM LEVIS RETAIL STORE, TAPADIA CIRCLE, NIRALA BAZAR, AURANGABAD-431001&THE TRANSACTION TIME WAS 14:43:18 ON DATE 16/08/09 . MY ACCOUNT NO. IS 20019153083 & MY CARD NO.IS 6220180410200062728
