No coverage after 10:30 pm till 6:00 am

i am facing lots of problem due to above said complaint, i am from Barapani Airport, Umroi Village, Barapani, Shilong. As i said there were no coverage area after 10:30 Pm till morning 6:00 am. Till 10:30 Name of tower is" Umroi Cant 2". plz kindly do some for that.
