Product delivered faulty

HI,

I got the Airpress massager from Telebrands. They sent me defective product. It is not working. I have sent them mails, no body is answering to my mails. there customer care no. 022- 40989529 is the only no. where one can lodge the complait, that number no body answers. None of there no.s are reachable. they charged me Rs 3280/- for this. I have tried there no. 022-30307000 they ask me to call at customer care number only. Pl. help. My money is wasted.
