Dedection of main balance

i want to say that from my main balance 75 rs has been deducted on 11/july for no reason and automatic job alert was activated. i have calledcostomer care but donot response me and always say that you have activate net on your mobile.

so i request you to take immediate action and give my 75rs back as soon as possible.if you ignore this then i have to take any immidiate action.
