Charging montly rental after connection closure for 4 months

I have applied for closure of my postpaid connection since 4 months.

Even though I have contacted customer care every month as telling i have closed the connection.

Still they are keping my connection alive and deducting montly rental from my bank account (ECS)

Shame on Good brand like Airtel.
