Dear Sir

Its indeed really very shocking that we the mobile users have to write to you about our complaints. In the present case I had actually paid my Mobile bill for the month of April by 18th May in fact on the date on which my HDFC bank account of Tulsiani Branch was debited with. Yet I kept on receiving the messages that there was a nonpayment for the bill to which I kept on patiently replying too.

Latter in month of October suddenly the services to my account was discontinued from 12th October. reason given was non updation of the payment on your billing details. On this I said why the individuals should be blamed for the same but I was said by your call centre employees that I will have to approach the nearest customer Relationship centre and give the Xerox copy of my Bank statement.

I wish to draw your kind attention that I was traveling on the same day to Delhi for some urgent official work and I was assured by your Ghatkopar Relationship centre on 14th October that the services shall be restored within two to four hours. I moved to Delhi in afternoon the same day and was frantically trying to reach the customer Relationship their, I was informed that I need to contact Mumbai for the same.

Finally my Phone lines got restored by 16th of October. Hoping for the best I thought the bad time was over. But that was not so.

Infact I am shocked to see that again the same amount of Rs.498.98 is reflected in my billing statement for month of October showing the outstanding. I don’t know what to do in this case and whom do I approach. Pls Guide me…….

Secondly what sought of service Industry are u all boasting about I really Fail to understand.

When ever we reach the customer Relationship No on 121 we have to repeat almost for 10 times and each time the line disconnects and again we have to repeat our story.

They are saying that they donot have access to land line so that they call on our Land line No to take the complaints.

Pls let us know for what are we penalized Just that we have circulated our Nos to many of our Business associates and do not want to change the service providers very often.

Pls let me know after going thru so many hardship how many customers do you expect shall remain with you.

Hoping a reply on the same as often received from your customer relationship centre where in the executives say pls reply favorably after the call when you receive the SMS for how your problem was sorted. We are giving Rs. 100 Talk time credit to your account for Hardship faced though the same is never credited that is separate story.
