I am using airtel broadband internet service for the last 1 and half years. I am a regular payer of the bill without any interruption. In the month of august i had got a call from airtel customer service to change my monthly subscription internet service scheme to Rs.999 comboservice (Rs.999 (internet charge) Rs.999 (Fixed Rent on Landline Phone)). Before that i was using Rs.699 unlimited scheme. I had denide to change that scheme. But later on they had changed my scheme to Rs.999 unlimited combo pack with out any notice to me. When the bill came it shows the amout against Rs.999 combo scheme. I made a lot of complain against that mistake and overbill amout. They were again and again discnnecting when i was making compain against that mistake. Now they are telling wrong information that i was using their internet broadband connection for the last 3 years. Also telling that I have never used the Rs.699 unlimited combopack since i am a customer of their service instead i am using Rs.999 combo pack pack service for the last 3 years. I need a satisfactory action against my complain.
