I am a prepaid user of airtel mobile services. eventhough i have not subscribed to Airtelfriendz option Airtel have made me a subscriber to this chat group. I tried calling their customer service and many other airtel numbers but i have not been asble to get through. After 10days chat option which i didnot use i received a sms that my subscription to airtelfriendz will be renewed. i tried to unsubscribe using the'stop' option but it is not successful. with all this i have unnecessarily been charged Rs10/ Rs.30/- for this subscription.

i am deeply angered and pained by this money making gimmicks floated by this mobile company. I would like to be refunded the amount as quickly as possible
