I purchased an airtel mobile connection on 29 sep 08. i requested for the activation of 'airtel live' service to access internet on my mobile on 29 sep 08 by sending a sms 'FUN' to 54321 as i was told to do. Despite calling and complaining about the issue to the customer care of the company, till date my service has not been activated. it has been about a month now and i am facing much trouble due to the carelessness of the company. please help me out.
