Activate the service without informing and bloked care complaint no and cut the balance from my acount

My self neeraj kumar tripathi i am M.Sc. (F) student of a.m.u. aligarh i am using airtel mobile service which no is 8979549016 . on date 22-05 i recharched my mobile with 50 rupees at the evining time i recived two massages from airtel compani that ihave been charged 30 rupees for activating hello tune and secon for changing tune charged 10 rupees but i have no information about this service .and vwhen i try to complaint about this problem to airtel they blocked my coplaint no . then further try with another two no they have done same activity . today when i further try to complaint same way they activate such service on no 8979965704 and charged 10 rupee .so please take a hard action this
