Connection & the like

I had taken two connections from AIRTEL- Karanataka for the three handsets I bought from CROMA- the outlet of TATA on 14/12. I have undergone absolute mess from that day on. Problems from both Croma - TATA and it continues even till date- 01/01. However the AIRTEL- Area Manager- Mr. Jaideep was forthcomming and at least made an attempt to solve the problems and to some extent did. I have brought this to Nodal officer- AIRTEL, but NO REPLY. I have also brought this to AREA MANAGER - SOUTH - CROMA- TATA- Mr. SARVANAN, but no reply. I have even sent a registered letter but till date no thing.

Can anyone take this to the ultimate?..
