OVER CHARGING FOR GPRS USAGE

I am from kerala. I used both Airtel and Idea gprs connection about 8 months ago at that time it cost me 274 Rs/month (Airtel) and 10 Rs/day (Idea) for unlimited usage of gprs. Suddenly one day airtel and idea hiked thier GPRS charges from 274 to 374 Rs/month (airtel) & 10 to 20 Rs/day (Idea). With in one month they again hiked the charges from 374 to 600 Rs/month (Airtel) & 20 to 35 Rs/day (Idea). As the call charges coming down day by day why the gprs charges are going up at crucing speed?

Because of this big hike in gprs charges millions of peole stopped using GPRS service. TRAI should look at this gprs tariff and make it affordable to normal people. I think as 3g on its way even the old price of 274 Rs/month for unlimited usage is overcharging.
