Worst service & product

I had bought Samsung handset three weeks ago from Yash Mobile Shoppee, Shop No. C-10, sant tukaram Vyapar Sankul, Near Rupee Bank, nigdi, Pune-4111044.

He sold me an Airtel simcard. Later after the card was activated, the sim didnt work. The owner of Yash Mobile Shopee told me that the card isnt working bcoz the simcard is of 64 K which doesnt work on the new handset that we took from him. He said he will replace it with 32 K from Airtel company. He took the sim from me and claims that he has sent it to the Airtel Company. But its 2 weeks we havent got any reply from the airtel company or the shop owner.

The owner of Yash mobile Shopee behaves rudely with me when I inquire about this sim that was to be replaced. He is not taking any interest on this.

Very bad service & the product given by him.

I even noticed that other 64 K sim do work on our handset which makes it quite obvious that the issue was only with the sim he had taken from me. He refuses to replace the sim with other 64K airtel sim and says that I will have to buy the new simcards if I need it.

Please help me with this issue.

I regret on the buying this handset from this person.
