Sim Card Problem

My ph no is 9766595269 i purchase this card last month from appco mktg solutions since that i am facing problem with this card if i am receiving call or making call after 15 seconds card shows no service so 1st i consult this problem with mobile shop whether its mobile problem or what then i call that appco marketing solution (9970612345) but they are not taking phones and now from last 2 weeks its showing switched off or out of coverage so what should i do
