Pf Never Settled

Hi Team,

My name is Money kalra and my Pf number is GNGGN00252040000061961 . I have worked with Covergys India services Prvt. Limited. Gurgaon, Haryana From Sept Sept (1 year).

I have submitted my Pf form thrice but still no benefit I am still waiting for my PF. I have tried everything filling grievance & talking to different people in Gurgaon Pf office. Finally they are saying that My PF was transferred to my account long time back they are not providing me with any Cheque number//No account number where it was transferred, They simply says that systems have been upgraded so not able to provide any Further details. I have no Idea now how to sort out this issue & prove them that i didn't received anything.

Looking for someone to assist me with this.
