Hi,

It’s really tuff to survive in our country nowadays.(no value for money)

Everyone is here to make fool of others and just unnecessarily takes money from the customers.

We all know how difficult to earn money by putting all the efforts and everything.

Just for earning some bucks people are cheating others and making money.

I am really fed up now with all these, there is no value for money.

I will share my experience and concern with you from inception :

1: I applied for Airtel broadband connection on 22nd August.

After doing the complaint I got connection on 7th September.

I paid advance three month bill and you guys said (Srikhant Airtel executive) that then only I can save installation charges.

While taking the connection I have clearly informed the executive that I am going for Corporate plan (Sasken communication company) where I will get 5% rental deduction.

I also paid Rs 800 for Modem.

2: After giving me the connection your executive is calling and saying 5% plan will not work as I have already taken one plan of three month advance bill.

3: I said this information is not told me earlier than I am getting the reply that everything is being spoken to you earlier. Which is really crap.

4: I said ok Refund my money back then they are saying I will not get Rs 800 back which I have given for modem.

Please tell me what will I do with Modem if I don’t have connection.

Even I can’t use it for other connection as I already have Tata Indicom connection.

Just for taking Airtel connection I have not recharged my Tata Connection but when I dint get connection till 6th of September I recharged the account of tata indicom.

Very next day Airtel called me for connection, by that I wasted my 800 Rs just for 1 day.

I would say customer is really fool and no one cares.

This is really a sensitive issue and every other person is affected with that.

Can you guys can do something and just assume if this would have been done with you, what would be your next step.???
