Airtel barred my o/g & cheating me

Hi Airtel has cheated me on International Roaming,

My outgoing was barred in ghana several times, it was informed to Airtel General Manager through a Voice calls from my Ghana Cell, Airtel is directly refusing to accept their mistake.

They have given me a tariff chart on which i should be charged on international roaming Rs.15.53/min, incoming @Rs.24.0/min in ghana & in UAE they gave me a printout of written chart with tariff of Rs.24.35/min & incoming @24.0/min.

I was on manual selected network DU, still Airtel has charged me @ Rs200/Min..

Airtel has cheated me very badly, on calling Customer Care nearly 100 Times, There executives are not ready to listen & just hangup the phone.

Now my Bill is nearly Rs.8000/= & I wrote several mails to Airtel, but Airtel is not responding.

Their Nodal Officer & appellate numbers are not working & no one is picking up the phone.

They are not even providing reference number to my Complaints as they have to spent some time sorting out our problems.
