Airtel basic phone and broadband
Very poor speed of broad band

I was assured of 64 kbps speed of connectivity but it hardly provides 8 to 9 kbps speed. for the last one month i am trying to get my telephone disconnected. each time i was reminded for bill payment, i requested them to disconnect my phone. they told me that i should send written request to thair local office at hazratganj. to my great surprise my letter is not being received in that office at any cost. i have unplugged the airtel phone and broadband connection. i request the top brass of airtel to intervene in the matter to get the telephone number 0522-4008272 disconnected immediately. dated march 31.
