I have airtel prepaid mobile connection No. 9997575409.

when i was in Roamming my balance automatically reduced by Rs 30.00 . and I talked Airtel Customer Care (request reference No. 1001480286) They told me that I received call in Roamming but I didn't. when I request to detail they did not give me. They told me go to Customer Care Center but they give me wrong address. although I do not have time to go their.
