Disconnection of mobile nos

Request for disconnecting my post paid mobile numbers 9970003551 to 9970003565 was submitted in Tilak Road, Pune Branch and also on mobile msg. on 25/08 I was promised for doing the needful within 2-3 days. I am still awaiting confirmation of disconnection of my numbers on the alternate mobile number 9011032162 . hoping for an early action.

I don't require your new enquiry about disconnection reasons because I already told it several times to your various said seniour executives. I also request that please change one of my no. 9970003559 in prepaid service if possible, but after so many calls/enquiries (your executives promise to do it in one or two hours) no reply received from you. So please disconnect our group connection 9970003551 to 9970003565 immediately.
