Poor service of customer care

Dear Sir,

I am airtel (mobile) user of Gujarat (Ahmedabad). I must tell you that I feel I become fool by using airtel. I m connected since around 3 years with airtel although having biggest problem of call drop and network problem. But since last sometimes airtel had started giving troubles to me. Sometimes it activates some horrible hello tune and debited my balance without my permission. Then I have to do follow-ups and reminders to airtel customer care and if customer care executive thinks that I am right then only I can get it back. Now on 2nd October (after midnight of 1st October) around 12.10ami had dial 2 to3 times one no for 1 contest which is going on Zee Tv regarding Gandhi. As the whole day cell was not charged my phone got switch off when I was talking on phone on the same no. So I put it aside and sleep. Next morning after dial 1 call I come to know that my balance goes down from 172rs to direct around 67 rs. I was totally blank and not able to understand what happen in 1 night with my balance. It looks that airtel had invented new system that if your phone gets switch off while talking then you have to give fine to airtel!!!

When I asked the customer care about my balance, with my surprise I they don’t wantto listen anything and just telling me 1 thing that I had download 1 java game from airtel live. You know I had not seen such rude n elegant customer care. It was not for care of customer it is just to give pain customer. If so, I do not think airtel should any customer care, coz the Supervisor and Managers are telling that you will keep calling untill you will not get money. And they don’t want to listen anything not even sympathize the customer. I might not write to you if they had taken care of it. There are certain reasons to not believe what they are telling. Which I mention it below

1. I am customer since more then 3 years, you can check my history that how many times I had called you people for getting some money back or any complaint. I hardly use to do it coz I know what I m using and what not using.

2. You can check my history I am regular user of Mobile office (GPRS –unlimited usage), for that I do regular recharge of 402rs every month except this last 2 months. So when I had that facility had not download anything, why m I going with the chargeable.

3. As per your so called customer care if I had download any game, send me the link and let me know when I had connected the net. Coz since last 30 to 40 days I had neither use airtel live nor Mobile office. But your people are not ready for that also. They are telling me that I had just click it and immediately I had cancel it. So stupid am I!!! The person who is constantly using your Mobile office services since past 3 years and don’t know about such things!!! Is it possible?

Anyway there is only 1 thing which I would like to tell you that your customer care is not for the customers, it is for the maxim giving pain to customers.
