Airtel (Bharti Cellular)
New connection not activated since 6 months passed

We had purchase new group connections from airtel but there is one number which is still not activated from the date of purchasing also its postpaid product so we had already paid its rental with service tax from last 5-6 months.then after complainting again n again they had given a new sim of the same num ie.9890700006, but its still not activated & we do not get proper service regardind this matter.so kindly help for the same.contact num of mine is-9766000083.
